Marathon is an interesting company to research. They are clear on their values. Also, for a petroleum based company in the Fortune 500, they are relatively young.

I'm not sure how Papa John's came on my radar, but low and behold.... they have core values published on their website! The most unique value is an acronym... P.A.P.A. Which stands for, "people are priority always." I like it. Interesting how anything can be a core value as long as it means something tangible to help the business.
